FAQs
Q: Do I need to sign up for classes in advance?
A: Yes! Booking ahead secures your spot and helps our coaches prepare.
Q: What should I bring to class?
A: Water, a towel, and your best energy! If class requires specific gear, it will be noted in the class description.
Q: Is there a late policy?
A: To ensure a smooth experience for all, please arrive at least 5 minutes before class.
Q: Can I bring a friend to class?
A: Absolutely! We love meeting new faces. Ask about inviting a guest to your trial workout.
Q: What happens if I need to cancel a class?
A: Please cancel at least 1 hour in advance to avoid a late cancellation fee.
Q: Do you offer personal training?
A: Yes! We have 1:1 and small-group training available. Let’s chat about your goals!
Q: Are showers and lockers available?
A: Yes! We provide lockers and limited shower access—just bring your own lock and toiletries.
Q: How do I track my progress?
A: We program a test week into our workout cycles. This is when we encourage member to test their current abilities against their previous recorded test on file.
Q: What should I wear?
A: Comfortable, moisture-wicking workout gear and supportive shoes.
Q: Can I switch my membership plan?
A: Of course! Speak with our front desk to adjust your plan.
Q: Do you have a referral program?
A: Yes! Bring a friend. Speak to staff for details on current referral discounts/perks.
Q: What if I have an injury?
A: Always consult with your doctor first. Then, let our coaches know so we can provide modifications.
Q: How do I connect with the community?
A: Join our Facebook group, follow us on IG, and check out our events!
Q: Do you offer childcare?
A: Currently, we do not have childcare services, but we can recommend nearby options.
Q: How do I cancel my membership?
A: We’d love to chat first about options like freezing your account, but if needed, reach out and we’ll work to process your request.

Cary Outdoor Workout
JOIN US for our first of three outdoor workouts this summer before we open our doors in Waverly Place.
